Livonia Civic Arenas (LCA) is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to provide low cost opportunities to the youth and citizens of the City of Livonia, to participate in ice arena activities including youth and adult hockey, community figure skating and other civic recreational activities.
The LCA works in partnership with the City of Livonia and its Parks and Recreation Department to provide participation opportunities for individuals of all ages.
The LCA leases Eddie Edgar and Devonaire Ice Arenas from the City of Livonia. Both facilities are privately managed.
